HAUPPAUGE, NY — National Business Capital, a FinTech lending marketplace for small business loans, celebrated its move to Hauppauge with a groundbreaking ceremony Thursday, according to a news release.
The company moved from Bohemia to the Hauppauge Industrial Park at 80 Arkay Drive, Hauppauge, Suite 215. The company made the move citing its “continued growth and increased labor requirements”.
The company plans to double or triple its team in the coming year, allowing it to hire and train its new staff in an environment more conducive to growth.
“Our business is growing and we love that our employees have this opportunity to grow with us,” Founder and CEO Joe Camberato said via a press release. “This move is exciting for all of us, and our new location provides the space we need to facilitate our future growth.”
Hauppauge’s new digs include better amenities, such as a state-of-the-art training center, full-service cafeteria, and employee fitness center. The Hauppauge Innovation Park is the second largest industrial park behind Silicon Valley, which provides “the perfect environment” for Camberato and his team to grow and serve their customers on a larger scale.
“We place great importance on creating a fun and productive place to work, and this new space will give our employees a new location to explore, with new retailers, people and watering holes to discover,” Camberato said. “I’ve found that changes like this are a great way to invigorate and motivate people – and that’s exactly what we like to do at National Business, invigorate and motivate.
Smithtown Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Barbara Franco called it an “honour” to welcome award-winning National Business Capital to Hauppauge.
“We are thrilled to have them as neighbors and look forward to seeing them in the community,” Franco said.
